TDS 2000-IMS
The System TDS2000-IMS integrates, in a compact and transportable way, an ion mobility spectrometer and a thermal desorption unit, which was particularly developed for this spectrometer type.
The System can directly identify numerous substances in different matrices, such as vapours, fluids and solids. A time-consuming and costly sample preparation is not required anymore. Solids and fluids are placed in an easy-to-use heater and analysed within seconds.
An intelligent gas-flow has been carefully designed, with the user in mind, to provide reliable and highly sensitive detection results. This new technology prevents an overloading of the detector, as well as excluding the penetration of cross sensitive compounds, like water or pollutants from the air.
The system is controlled by the Software TDS-Win.
The spectrometer can also be used as a handheld analyser by removing it from the TDS2000 System (Raid-1).
