Hand-held Chemical Agent Monitor
The Raid-M is designed to be operated whilst being held one handed. It is used to monitor the contamination of personnel or equipment in the field and within collective protection facilities.

The system also operates on the principle of Ion mobility spectrometry. Therefore, many volatile organic compounds can be detected in the low ppb-range. With the combination of the hand-held thermal desorption device (TDS200) it is possible to identify numerous substances in matrices like water or solids.
